1. 손을 깨끗하게 씻고 아기 로션을 손에 조금 덜어봅니다.
2. '사과 같은 내 얼굴' 노래를 부르며 아기의 얼굴을 부드럽게 마사지해봅니다.
- 마사지 순서 -
1. 아기의 양 눈썹 사이 가운뎃 부분부터 이마 위 머리카락이 나기 시작하는 곳까지 부드럽게 밀어 올려봅니다.
2. 아기의 눈썹 앞부분부터 뒷부분까지 쓸어내려 봅니다.
3. 아기의 관자놀이 부분을 부드럽게 원을 그리며 마사지해봅니다.
4. 아기의 얼굴 전체를 부드럽게 마사지해봅니다.
