How to Play

1. 아기에게 들려줄 음악을 선정합니다.
- 경쾌하고 밝은 분위기의 왈츠가 좋아요.
2. 오디오에 CD를 재생시키고, 편안한 공간에 누워봅니다.
3. 태아의 이름을 불러주며 리듬에 맞춰 가볍게 톡톡 배를 두드려봅니다.
4. 배를 두드린 후 태동을 보일 때까지 잠시 기다려봅니다.
5. 태동을 보이면 배를 부드럽게 쓰다듬으며 칭찬을 해줍니다.
