1. 아기와 함께 나란히 거울 앞에 앉아봅니다.
2. 아기의 신체 기관을 짚어보며 거울을 바라봅니다.
3. 신체 기관 이름 앞에 긍정적인 표현이나 은유적인 표현을 넣어 이야기해봅니다.
예) 우리 차이의 앵두 같은 입술은 여기 있네
우리 차이의 사랑스러운 코는 여기 있구나
4. 엄마가 신체기관 이름을 불러주면 아기가 찾아볼 수 있도록 놀이를 해봅니다.
