1. 아기가 편안하게 누울 수 있도록 합니다.
2. 아기가 누워있는 자리 위로 풍선을 매달아줍니다.
3. 풍선이 위, 아래로 움직이며 아기의 흥미를 유발합니다.
4. 아기가 풍선을 따라 고개를 움직이거나 팔을 뻗어 탐색할 수 있도록 도와줍니다.
5. 아기가 풍선을 만지면 풍선의 촉감을 이야기해줍니다.
